Please note that your use or our site and submission of orders constitutes your agreement to these policies. We may revise these policies at any time, and you should visit this page periodically to review the terms of purchasing from out site. Return Policy
Over the Moon Kidz offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold at overthemoonkidz.com. Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the date that you received the order (i.e. the delivery date) if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Please note shipping and gift wrap will not be refunded. If you received free shipping because your order was over $75, shipping will be deducted from your return.

Sale items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of the date that you received the order.
Gift items can be returned for store credit only within 30 days of the delivery date. We will not notify the gift giver of the return.
Custom orders are made specifically for you and your card will be charged at the time you place your order. Custom orders cannot be returned.
Shipping Policy
Over the Moon Kidz offers a flat shipping rate of $10 within the 50 United States. We also ship to Canada, as well as other international addresses. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All Standard deliveries are handled by UPS Ground/USPS Priority Mail. All orders over $75 receive free standard shipping.

We ship most orders within 48 hours (excluding Holidays). On the day your order ships, you will receive an email from us with the UPS tracking number. Once shipped, orders can be expected for delivery within 2-5 business days. All orders are shipped from Connecticut.
A shipping surcharge is added to oversized items. Oversize shipping requirements are noted in product description pages and on the shopping cart at checkout.
Tax
Purchases shipped to Connecticut will be charged 6% sales tax on any clothing item above $50 and on all non clothing related items.
Privacy Policy
Over the Moon Kidz is committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of its customers. We do not sell, rent, or trade email lists or addresses or any other personal information with other companies or other third parties. We may contact you regarding your order status or about products and specials that we think you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, please unsubscribe from our email list and we will honor your request.
